On October 20, 2025, President Anne Sullivan called to order the 119th Annual Meeting of Members of The Cliff Dwellers and proceeded to deliver the State of the Club Address.

The meeting unfolded with Ed Gordon giving the Treasurer’s and 21st Century Reports, Jamie Barth and Nick Poplawski giving the Membership Report, Eve Moran and Jennifer Groszek the Artists-in-Residence Program Report, Joan Pantsios the Programs Report, Gerry Labedz the Communications Report, Penny Wilson the Reciprocal Clubs Committee Report, and Trish VanderBeke The Cliff Dwellers Arts Foundation Report.

The main business of the evening was managed by Leslie Recht, Chair of the Directors’ Nominating Committee. Following her report, new directors Jamie Barth, Jennifer Grozsek, and Richard Condit were elected for three-year terms, and Anne Sullivan was elected to fill a vacancy for a one-year term.

Former President Ben Johnson led the Members’ Tribute to deceased Cliff Dwellers, Richard Orlikoff, George Manning, David Mann, George Gabauer, and Harold Olin. After closing remarks, Penny Wilson led the members in the traditional singing of Zivio!
