I first met Bill Hanley by complete chance.  We both were Loop lawyers who occasionally stopped in for a drink after work at the 181 Grill at 181 West Madison Street.  Later, the AT & T skyscraper was built on its location.  We began chatting as complete strangers and after about 20 minutes we both realized at about the same time that we were related.  Talk about a small world!
