Editor’s Note: In August, 1994 my cousin Charles Bowe married June Leftwich in Cape Porpoise Maine. The church ceremony was in a wonderful setting and the afternoon reception outside couldn’t have been on a sunnier day. Charley and June were in high spirits as they led off the dancing under a tent at the Wahwa Cottages. The next day the porch, lawn and ocean of the Cottages beckoned and members of the Casey, Thompson, Lynch, Heffron, Lacombe and Bowe families were all present for a relaxing time with family.
