Joe goes into the other things that may turn up in a DNA test. You may not have serial killer kin, but there may be relatives who ran afoul of the law in a more benign way. He reports one cousin who thinks he may be kin to the person remembered as a notorious axe murderess, Lizzie Borden. I recall Lizzie Borden from the Tom Lehrer song, “Lizzie Borden took an axe/And gave her mother forty whacks/When she saw what she had done/She gave her father forty one.” While Lizzie was acquitted back in the day, the cousin of Joe’s apparently wasn’t honored by the possible association.
